Inserts work well. The measurement process was a bit tedious. Delivery, especially for a condo owner in a multi-floor building was inconvenient. Drop shipped onto the sidewalk in the front of the building. No option for help in carting inserts to upper levels of the building. That said, the product appears to be well-made and works fine.
