We live in a 100 year old home in texas. The ac goes 24/7 during the summers and now I actually hear it shut off mid day. Also we can no longer hear the rooster crowing out back! We are so very pleased with the inserts and have been telling anyone that would listen about how amazing they are! Thank you!
