These inserts only block about 15% of the noise. I purchased several inserts because of the traffic behind my house. I can still hear the traffic behind my house. I am disappointed because I thought they were going to block at least 70% of the noise. The videos I watched before purchasing these inserts are not true information. The noise will not go away with these inserts.
