It was a bit of work to get the window insert into the frame. But it was worth every dime now that I have blocked the excessive noise of a window air conditioner unit from my neighbor.
Excellent customer service. Martin is absolutely fantastic with explaining how everything works and helping me with installing the insert. Overall a great experience.
