While there were a few bumps along the way after ordering the Indow inserts (incorrect address on the shipping label after confirming it twice with a representative prior to shipment; 15 week production time due to supply issues) they have ultimately been a success for our tenant, who says they reduce noise pollution by 70-80%. Great product.
