The customer service was great, but the wait time was obviously insane. I know it’s not your fault, but the emails leading up to the delivery were really confusing. It was hard to know if I was getting new information or just repeated information, sometimes an email was a mix of both old and new info and they were very long. The delivery was almost infeasible without an elevator and a walk up. The product is doing what it said it would though, and it was more affordable than the competition.
