It works as well as exxpected. I still hear noise and trashcans in the morning but now they sound a block or so away instead of right outside my window (which they are). I'd say it cuts noise pollution by a lot.
I uploaded a foto of my insert as well as a video of the day the hospital next door was being painted. The indow had just arrived and worked.
