Measuring for fit was easy and my window inserts arrived safely in strong cardboard packaging. Inserting them was accomplished without difficulty and adequate instructions were given all along the way. I haven’t had any issues with my noisy neighbors (no parties or loud music/talking) since installing the inserts so I am still waiting to see how well they work. Hopefully I won’t be aware of any more of their late into the night rowdiness anymore.
