I love my Indow inserts! I live in an old building on a loud street with an above-ground train rumbling down the road at all hours. I went from hearing the train and street noise constantly to barely hearing it once or twice per day (and that's only when I really listen for it). These have saved my sanity and helped me and my infant daughter sleep much more soundly. I'm also starting to notice the savings on my energy and heating bills. I'm very pleased with the Indows and highly recommend them!
