The window inserts have been amazing. We used to have lots of street noise that disrupted our sleep, but the inserts made a huge difference. I would guess a 75%+ reduction in sounds. Now we only sort of hear the loudest cars or sirens, and it’s quiet enough we can sleep without disruption.
