Indow was very easy to work with. We had a great rep who was able to answer any questions we couldn't figure out on our own by looking at their website or the materials they sent to us. They have made a difference in our rooms' temperatures and really proved themselves when we had the house power washed, and loads of water and gunk got caught between the outside windows and the Indows! A real testament to their insulating power. My only objection is that the color choices are limited and we have some funky-colored windows.
