Excellent, as expected. The less unexpected included: dealing with multiple (very available) Indow folks, each specializing in a stage; good appearance, low weight, and flexible borders of insets; heavy packaging delivered to the foot of our long drive in Canada. At times, how to access instructions was not obvious. The lack of heft meant that I could install large insets by myself. We are pleased and would do it again without question.
