Ordered 3 for noise reduction in my bedroom. My windows are over 100 years old and local historic preservation will not allow replacements. I worked with Reed on my order and received the windows in Nov 22. I love them! They fit perfectly and work as advertised. The noise level dropped tremendously. I plan to order 4 more soon. Definitely recommend.
