The Indow team was helpful from start to finish. Very responsive. The measuring process was easy. Watched the various YouTube videos by Indow for assistance. Don't assume "identical windows" have identical measurements. I was too lazy to uninstall curtain hardware from a difficult-to-access window that looked identical to three others. I measured inaccurately. Insert ended up being short on one side, but completely my fault. I added a strip of insulation there. All others fit perfectly. Arrived earlier than expected and packed to transport safely. Noticed an immediate drop in outdoor noise (live adjacent to the highway). No drafts or heat escaping during the extreme cold this past weekend. Happy with the purchase.
