INDOW Window inserts have blocked about 60 percent of the powerful low noise from my neighbor's mal-functioning air conditioners. I no longer have to move from my bedroom to the couch in the living room to sleep peacefully! I was warned that this kind of sound might not respond to the inserts (which fit beautifully).
