I'm delighted that the cold air can no longer sneak into my house and I immediately noticed a reduction in noise, though that wasn't a big concern for me. Inserts arrived safely and we installed them without much hassle. I would have liked more updates from Customer Service as to the progress of my order. I received an "in the queue" email but then nothing at all, prompting me to contact Indow. And I'd suggest following up to upsell your customers...storage materials perhaps?
