I am very happy with Indow. I am a therapist and am very interested in having a quiet room. My windows were very old and very porous. Someone told me about window inserts - so I decided to use Indow. Using window inserts was something very new to me - so I was unsure initially. Indow made everything very clear and created a very simple and thorough process. My initial salesperson was very helpful. As I proceeded through each step, I found it very understandable and doable. There were both written and video instructions. Now my windows are so much better at blocking the sound! I barely hear the traffic and people talking out front - which was quite regular prior to the inserts. Sounds outside could easily have distracted a session as my client and I turned and reacted to a loud sound. Now I forget it was even an issue and take the quiet for granted. I highly recommend!
