The Indow inserts are doing a great job reducing the jet noise in my bedroom. I can finally get a full night's sleep. The process of ordering the product has been a long and difficult one. The website for entering measurements is not intuitive. I needed to call my sales rep to walk me through the process. The laser measuring device is impossible to use, especially with the blinds that I had in my windows. Once the inserts arrived there was another challenge. 3 inserts were in 1 box. It was VERY heavy. Trying to get the box from my porch into the house was difficult and I could have injured myself. Please send each insert individually. The quality of the inserts could be better. The rubber seals, especially the edges are not well made. The frame of one of the inserts had glue on it and it took 20 minutes to remove. Installing the inserts is not easy. The chain brackets are impossible for a consumer to install. I tried but gave up. I think that the inserts do their job well, but the design needs work. There must be a better way for the inserts to fit into the window frame. I would recommend this product because it does a great job reducing sound. But for consumers that are not handy, this product would be very hard to order and install. I think that having a network of installers in major cities would be helpful.
