The Indow representative was very helpful in getting me the right materials for the 1880's house that I live in. They just disappear. During the measuring process the customer service representative was very helpful in getting the diagonal measurements which were a bit of a chore since the windows are 9-1/2 feet tall and 40-inches wide.
