Had 3 windows and no steps for inserts. The added mullions do not fit, seems the gasket is too big to fit in the mullion channel, so we just butted the 3 insets together side by side, however, the air that leaks in pushes them and while they dont push out, they curve inward. Customer service was aware of the window opening issues, I feel they just wanted to continue with sale of &900.00 & since I trusted a company that had no field reps, this is what I end up with! I will be looking for something else $ these will end up elsewhere!
