Indow windows customer service is top-notch. Always accessible. I needed more time than normal to complete the measurements for my window inserts, and they were more than willing to give me the extra time I needed. Their packing and shipping are outstanding. The product I got was so well packed that I felt extra-confident in ordering from them. I wish they had a dealer in my area (Los Angeles and Orange County), but I was still confident and that confidence was rewarded with a superior product that works as advertised!
