I have a home studio that I Use, but unfortunately it’s located right next to a busy street. My acoustic insert significantly reduced the outside noise. The only sound I hear now from outside is occasional low frequencies from trucks or really loud sirens. However I think those are because of the low notes resonating with the walls them selves and nothing to do with the insert. The insert is performing its job wonderfully and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is in a similar situation to me.
