Honestly, this is a great company. Great customer service! Orlin was available to answer any questions. I worked directly with the Indow factory since I don't have any reps in my area, and the process of measuring for the inserts was painless, simple, and smooth. They arrived in well-protected boxed, and the Indow inserts were perfect when we installed them. Easy directions to self-install. Keeping our original wood windows in our old house was important to us (they're so pretty), but now they are both pretty and draft-free. Thank you, Indow!
