We are quite happy with the noise reduction that the inserts have given us. The busy road we live on used to keep us awake without wearing ear protection, now that is no more. The measuring process was a bit harder for us with the window construction we have, service was good. We did not have any problems with delivery, they worked with us since we had a big trip planned and the inserts came when we discussed. No returns so can't help on that.
