Although I realize predicting sound / noise reduction is difficult, your company claims a "50 -70%" reduction. this is not even close to reality in my case. I'd be hesitant to even say it is 15% reduction. After wasting over $900, I still am being woken up by the same barking dogs and loud cars as before. I would have NEVER spent money on this product knowing what I know now. Good idea...bad ultimate outcome. And, it took about 3 weeks longer to deliver than promised. I'd love a partial refund folks !
