They do the job for an affordable price, though ultimately I find using window inserts aren't an ideal solution for upgrading my windows. It can be quite difficult to take down, and can make my room very hot & stuffy with poor air circulation. The other downside is the insert taking a couple of weeks to be made & shipped wasn't ideal as well.
in the future I think I'd much rather get new windows for better air & temperature circulation
