We very much like the acoustic window insert. We live in a city on a crowded and noisy street and they do make a difference and I have a sensitive ear. We look forward to buying 2 others that will help even further, reduce noise to our living room. Our salesperson and installer Christian was very helpful and good, which helped make the purchase even more satisfying
