Although I can’t say I doesn’t help a little with the noise, it’s open slightly on two corners at the top. I am assuming this is a common problem, as there was a corner separation section, (how to repair) far from award winning product as described. Probably a fluke that got by quality control or dropped in shipping.
Works for the most part.
