The pallet it arrived on was hazardous. The bottom wooden piece was not aligned properly so 3inch screws were sticking out. The package was oddly balanced and difficult to move with a forklift, probably because of the pallet not being assembled properly.. The inserts were also labeled for the wrong windows.
Apart from packaging, the windows worked well.
