I love these window inserts, they work very well. I bought 2 for one room to try them out first. I parked my car outside those windows before I put the inserts in and set off the alarm for 20 seconds and recorded it with my cell phone, then I repeated the process after installing the inserts and there was at least a 50% reduction in noise. I then bought more to cover all my windows. I am very pleased with the results.
