I found the entire process very easy to work with including the consultant who helped me, using the laser measuring tool, receipt of my order & installation of the inserts. I was amazed at just how much noise my inserts reduced, & I couldn't be happier. I would absolutely recommend this company & their window inserts product to anyone considering adding inserts to their existing window. I only wish I'd done this sooner!
