After doing a lot of research on acoustic panels, I found that Indow inserts did the most professional job on custom window inserts AND they are removable. Reed gave me all the information I needed and they make it so easy to get your exact measurements with a laser. Definitely noticed a difference when installing inserts in the master bedroom. Buying again to do two more room. (We have a train that rolls through a block away. This helps take the abrasiveness off the train horn.)
