I have now sent two or three pieces to Industrial Scripts and have been very impressed with both the speed of their responses and also the quality of the feedback.
I found that both reports were balanced in terms of praise and criticism - but that any criticism was carefully considered and offered in a tactful way.
In short, if you want to know how to make your writing even better than it currently is, I can't recommend Industrial Scripts highly enough.
