Was very happy with the coverage process. IS delivered exactly as promised with high quality feedback, right on schedule. Definitely plan to use them again. My only quibble relates to the depth of coverage, since it was mainly based on a single read-through, which yielded great feedback on the protagonist but minimal feedback on plot points and structure.
