The Alyson Chair itself is quite nice. Materials feel premium and came fully assembled. What was horrid was the delivery. The service dropped off a 70lb pallet on the side walk, did not help me remove it from the pallet and also refused to take the pallet AFTER I took it off. They literally stood by and watched me do the work. For the amount I paid for shipping you would think the service would be better.
