Ordered an "immaculate condition" book (an atlas for my son who loves maps) with no damage to the cover etc. Whrn I finally received it however it was published in 1991 with worn pages, faded etc. Absolute rubbish, It did only cost £4 but that's £4 of a kids birthday money. I wanted refunding and they said I can return it via hermes, print label and arrange collect and the postage will be deducted. Really not worth the hassle. Won't use them again or recommend them.
