Ordered 2 books via Amazon. Unable to use Amazon lockers for some unknown reason. Books (in a bright orange plastic bag) delivered by a total numpty who left them by my front door in full view of anyone walking by and it's a busy pedestrian route into town. Could have put in the recycling bin which have a lid or taken it down the steps to the basement lightwell. Infinite Books reluctant to refund. Had to get Amazon to step in.
