Ordered a book listed as “used - like new” from Amazon, it was only £4 for a hardback so it was a steal! received it and it was damaged, the dust cover had crumpled edges, stained by some black smudge. The book itself was slanted due to being used and improperly bent. Even the book cover itself is stained on the inside. The book has a horrible smell, I actually had to spray it! Insane. For £4 I wouldn’t complain but it’s the fact it was listed “like new” when it clearly isn’t? That is a scam!
