Rose Heaters have been very accommodating and exchanged our initial order without any fuss. Very happy with the units provided which fit seamlessly on our ceiling and provide a very pleasant heating source.
My only other feedback would be the tolerance on the fixings could be increased as they were quite tricky to install overhead.
