Received package quickly. Had to hold it until old cartridge from Brother finally gave up. About a week after receipt. Installed cartridge from Ink Toner and all that printed was a ghost image on about 1-½ inches of a side column. Tried several times and could not get anything better. It appears to me that this “new” cartridge has no toner in it. I called company telephone number and left message. No response at all. Would appreciate a credit and return authorization.
