To save money, I decided to try to refill my printer cartridge for the first time rather than pay the high price for a new cartridge. Chris, was very efficient, helpful and knowledgeable not only about the cartridges but also printers and computers as well. I had a few problems with my cartridge and printer but Chris was determined to help me out and give me a cost efficient price not only for my cartridge but also an excellent price for the printer I needed to purchase. Chris also tweaked my laptop and cell phone to make them faster for a minimal charge. I am very happy with the results. Overall, I am very impressed with the excellent service and am confident that Chris really wants to help customers with any and all technology problems they may have. I thought I was just getting a cartridge refilled but in the end, I got a lot of value added with Chris' knowledge and expertise. I would highly recommend Ink & Toner at the Pickering Town Centre.
