I ordered a new fuser for my Brother printer in April. It was a good price and arrived timely. I was happy to find a new company with good service. However, my printer still wasn't working. I took it to the repair shop and they identified the fuser as being defective. I contacted Ink Toner for a refund or replacement. No response. I have now sent emails, left voice mails, sent Facebook messages and direct messages on their website. I'm sure this company is a scam. I've never received a response. Even though they provide many ways to contact them, there is never a reply even though they say they'll respond within 48 hours. It's been months now.
