Have been ordering ink from this place for a while now and was quite happy. This time they sent the wrong product to me. They insisted that it was correct even though it looked nothing like the picture in my confirmation and as I was a repeat customer knew what the ink should look like. I asked that they send me the correct order and would send back the product that I could not use. I was told I was uncooperative because I could not use the ink. I did try it and it did not work. They refused my request and were rude. Now stuck with all of this ink that my printer does not recognize. They turned a simple exchange into a big deal and were rude to me because I simply wanted the correct ink. Will never order from them again. What return policy? I wanted to return them unopened but she insisted I open and try.
