The toner cartridge did not arrive on time , likely due to the holiday packages etc. However, when I called them they were courteous and made sure that they would investigate it. And they did, the package arrived a few days later than expected and the initial performance of the cartridge is nothing but exceptional. And if it continues to perform in that manner it would be well worth the price.
