“The Drum cartridge arrived the next day. It works well enough.I think the printers are designed to reject non manufacturer equipment replacements so you have to be willing to try these things out. It seems to be working and has less paper jams. Happy enough with it, especially at 80% less than a name brand replacement.”

“I produce and print a journal that I distribute at 10 locations. For the last two orders I have had trouble with the black toner cassettes. The black cassette that I purchased a few months ago started to leave smear tracks along one edge. It was unusable after just 100 pages, I had to discard it after trying to clean the roller several times. Although, I still have that faulty cassette. This last purchase, was it July?, the black toner in the set ran low after very little use. Tomorrow, Aug. 6, I will have to go to a local store and purchase a new HP toner cassette to finish this months project. I would appreciate receiving a new black toner cassette to replace the one that you supplied that has had a short life. I also kept that faulty cassette”
