“website is easy enought...shipping was prompt--that said, when I received my replacement drum for my Brother lase printer...it appears to have a defect..on the printed sheets, I get a 'ghost' horizontal imagethat repeats down the sheets at about 1 1/4 inches intervals. I tried to call - no answer on the toll free number”

“I ordered a laser cartridge for a Canon D570 laser printer. However, you sent me a cartridge for an HP Laser Jet Pro printer which does not even fit my printer. I haqve left phone messages but you have not called me back. Now I'm stuck with a useless printer cartridge.”

“A friend referred your business to me a while ago, and I am happy about it. All of my orders came as expected, never any delays. The products that I purchased work well and the prices are better overall. My brother compared prices also, and now I order the cartridges for him as well. What I also like is that if you call the store directly, you most likely get a person to speak to, or, they will certainly call you back without delay. It's like a 'small store' feel kind of business.”

“I have an older HP Laser printer. I found a replacement that was labeled as compatible on the InkTonerStore site. Site was easy to navigate, easy to locate the appropriate printer cartridges and very fairly priced. Cartridges arrived in just a few days and fit and work perfectly!”
