“Thought I'd try a new company to buy toner, but my first purchase will be my last. Terrible product. Bleeds toner all down the side of the pages. Waste of money”

“I ordered an ink toner and received the item on time and noticed right away after after insirting the carttridge that it didn't work. Repair guy came and told me the printer is broken. So I tried to call customer service number and left messages every day and today if the 4th times I left message but no body has returned my call. I tried thewebsite a couple of times to click the details about how to return items but the link dosen't work as well. The website is a joke and has a terrible customer service.”

“I tried to order a set of toner cartridges. The website kept getting hung up. I never got a confirmation or receipt but my credit card was charged twice. I reached out to customer service but never got a response. The next day one of the charges was reversed. A week later I received the toner cartridges. Still never received a confirmation or receipt of any kind and never a response from customer service. I won’t use this company again.”

“The black cartridge that came with my recent order about two weeks ago is giving a message on the printer saying it has reached the end of its life. The print quality is very poor. I have not had this experience before. Would like to get a replacement black cartridge for Canon printer Model Image Class MF634Cdw.”

“I ordered my cartridges they arrived didnt work I phoned lady was rude said I ordered the wrong cartridges I said I typed in the printer model, she said going by the order I was wrong, this was incorrect as I only typed in the Printer model there site told me the cartridge number and I ordered, they sent wrong ones didnt take any responsibility she was so rude, I ended up hanging up.”

“I didn't receive an emailed confirmation as promised and had to call for a tracking number. I received the toner and it didn't fit my printer (it was the correct toner) There was a piece of metal sticking out the side blocking it from sliding in properly and the guide to protect the drum was hanging off. After some investigating, I corrected both issues and tried again. Now all it does is dump toner on the paper, nothing that resembles what I need printed. I have called them twice about getting the situation corrected and have received no response. I'm looking for a refund and/or replacement functional toner.”

“I'm a long time customer. On 1/3/25,by order #100282601, I purchased a 5 pack of toner. As of today, the order has not arrived. I checked on line and it appears the order is in West Chester, PA. I ordered well in advance of time in need. Now I'm faced with having to buy a cartridge at an Office Depot for a price above what I paid for the 5 pack. Tried repeatedly to contact the telephone # on the order confirmation for answers, but no answer. If you are serious, please call me at (727) 576-8378.”
