“I am very disappointed in the toner cartridge I recently bought. The plastic strip that keeps the toner powder in place usually slides out easily, and the machine works fine. The plastic strip on the new cartridge was practically impossible to pull out, and when it did come out, so did much of the toner powder making a mess of the cartridge, my machine, and my room. Obviously, the copies came out black, streaked, and unusable. It was a total waste of money.”

“Ordered the wrong ink and my account is disabled not allowing me to login and request a refund and send back. I have called the help line 6-10 times in the span of a week with no response it just rings and rings. With the lack of customer support I would not recommend them.”

“I ordered a laser cartridge for a Canon D570 laser printer. However, you sent me a cartridge for an HP Laser Jet Pro printer which does not even fit my printer. I haqve left phone messages but you have not called me back. Now I'm stuck with a useless printer cartridge.”

“I bought a toner for my printer. These guys sent me the wrong toner. I have called several to exchange. I have left numerous messages requesting a call. As I write l still have not received a call back. Now l am stuck with the wrong toner!”

“I ordered an ink toner and received the item on time and noticed right away after after insirting the carttridge that it didn't work. Repair guy came and told me the printer is broken. So I tried to call customer service number and left messages every day and today if the 4th times I left message but no body has returned my call. I tried thewebsite a couple of times to click the details about how to return items but the link dosen't work as well. The website is a joke and has a terrible customer service.”

“I tried to order a set of toner cartridges. The website kept getting hung up. I never got a confirmation or receipt but my credit card was charged twice. I reached out to customer service but never got a response. The next day one of the charges was reversed. A week later I received the toner cartridges. Still never received a confirmation or receipt of any kind and never a response from customer service. I won’t use this company again.”

“The black cartridge that came with my recent order about two weeks ago is giving a message on the printer saying it has reached the end of its life. The print quality is very poor. I have not had this experience before. Would like to get a replacement black cartridge for Canon printer Model Image Class MF634Cdw.”

“I ordered my cartridges they arrived didnt work I phoned lady was rude said I ordered the wrong cartridges I said I typed in the printer model, she said going by the order I was wrong, this was incorrect as I only typed in the Printer model there site told me the cartridge number and I ordered, they sent wrong ones didnt take any responsibility she was so rude, I ended up hanging up.”
