I ordered my cartridges they arrived didnt work I phoned lady was rude said I ordered the wrong cartridges I said I typed in the printer model, she said going by the order I was wrong, this was incorrect as I only typed in the Printer model there site told me the cartridge number and I ordered, they sent wrong ones didnt take any responsibility she was so rude, I ended up hanging up.
