I didn't receive an emailed confirmation as promised and had to call for a tracking number. I received the toner and it didn't fit my printer (it was the correct toner) There was a piece of metal sticking out the side blocking it from sliding in properly and the guide to protect the drum was hanging off. After some investigating, I corrected both issues and tried again. Now all it does is dump toner on the paper, nothing that resembles what I need printed. I have called them twice about getting the situation corrected and have received no response. I'm looking for a refund and/or replacement functional toner.
