We were told we would receive our shipment by 2 o'clock one day and it never arrived. It did not get to our location until the next day after we had closed. We waited days to get this shipment. Some of this was on us because we ordered incorrectly but still this was way to long to wait.

While service was fine, I was not very happy with the product. Cartridges do not snap firmly in place in my machine, so not sure if they will even work. Also my printer cannot get ink level data on the cartridges so I’m in the dark as to how much ink is remaining. Had I known this, I would not have purchased. Again, service was fine, but product, not so good.

I did not know those toner cartridges were made in China until I opened the package. Having bought several bad Made in China products before, I don't want to buy merchandises made in China any more because I don't trust their quality. Indeed, the first few pages I printed looked very bad, with yellowish color spilled all over the pages. Later after more than 20 pages printed, the toner cartridges start working normally, but I still have misgivings about their quality. I don't recommend them to other buyers.

The original two toner cartridges I ordered print as if they are empty - very light, can hardly. Only one replacement cartridge came and a slightly different shape. It did fit in printer, but jams the paper. Very dissatified.

New toner that I bought in your store has very bad quality. Black powder smears all the sheets, it’s a shame in front of the clients. I will never buy anything from your store again

Recent ink set purchase is constantly bringing on HP error codes for improper ink cartridges!

Unfortunately your cartridges not working in my printer. The printer is not recognized the ink cartridge and I can't print at all! However I not upset about this, what really disappointed me was your respond! I send an email to you and asked for help, but no answer! I use this printer for work and your customer service is not existing! Shame on you!! Never will purchase from you again! Total useless company! Heinz Dieter Stute

Shortly after intalling my new cartridges and printing one time my printer gives me a message that one or more are missing or damaged. I live on a fixed income and this is very disappointing now I have to go buy more ink because my printer won't print. This is not acceptable. I should be compensated for this expense.

The InkToner cartridges that I ordered and received clog up my printer heads every time I try to print so I have to clean the heads every time I print. After cleaning, the printer seems to print fine but after the printer is idle overnight, the head has to be cleaned again before it will print.

Brother ink cartridges usually allow for over 2000 pages before they run dry. Yours, under 1000 pages. No bargain.

There were no instructions on how to put in the new toner cartridge. When I looked it up online the video was in Hindi (not english). So I have not been able to use your product.

Unfortunately, my experience has not been great. The toner did come quickly and the price was good, however, my printer will not print with these toner cartridges! I bought these cartridges for work and three other people use my printer. Now, none of us can print! I am in the process of contacting InkTonerStore.com to get a refund and mailing label.

The drums appear to be a problem. Our printer indicates a problem with the new drum when printing. I called and left a message days ago and no return call. It appeared that you were out of business when I attempted to call a few days ago. Your phone rang and rang and rang. Your website would not let me send a message. Perhaps you should have only been rated with one star.

I cancelled toner cartridge order just a few hours after online order. Toner was delivered anyway. Spoke w/rep there who said I would have to take to UPS store for return to get full credit. Explained to person at store who made note. However, cartridge landed back on doorstep following day. UPS is 15 min. drive each way. Can someone not just send me new label to get this cartridge properly returned? I've worked with PSN online ink cart. supplier (Burbank, CA) for my business previously. Unless this is more easily resolved, I will advise my clients to support suppliers that are more customer-service oriented.

I'm not happy at all with my purchase of ink toner. I had used them once before and they were great. This last one was terrible. The colors do not print well. They are faded and muted. They are also not dense. The black toner keeps leaving a streak along the side of the paper and so I have to keep pulling out the toner and cleaning it. I print a lot for my business and create my own packaging and this just looks terrible. I won't be purchasing from them again. - Craig Sterken

I ordered 2 black and 2 color cartridges for our printers. Here I thought for what we paid for the cartridges hopefully they would work. The cartridges don’t work. I was going to call and see about sending them back to you. Nancy Walk, 281-350-4311
